Payment Policy

  1. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

    By accessing or using the NO NAMES mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge and agree that NO NAMES may offer certain products and services for purchase within the NO NAMES mobile App (“In-App Purchases”). Any In-App Purchases made are subject to this Payment Policy, as well as additional terms that may be disclosed at the point of purchase, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

    You may complete In-App Purchases using one of the following payment methods ("Payment Method"): (i) through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (collectively, “Third-Party Platforms”), or (ii) by providing valid credit or debit card details, or any other Payment Method supported by our third-party payment processor. By completing an In-App Purchase, you authorize NO NAMES and its third-party processor to charge your Payment Method for the applicable purchase price, including any taxes or fees, immediately at the point of sale.
  2. Automatic Subscription Renewals 

    In the event that your In-App Purchase includes a subscription to certain premium services (“Subscription”), such Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period unless canceled in accordance with this policy. By enrolling in a Subscription, you expressly authorize NO NAMES to charge your Payment Method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at the time of initial purchase, until you cancel.

    You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account settings within the NO NAMES mobile App or the Third-Party Platform from which the Subscription was purchased. For iOS users, cancellations are managed via the App Store in accordance with their subscription cancellation policies. For Android users, cancellations are handled through Razorpay integration, following their respective policies for subscription management. In the event of cancellation, your Subscription will remain active for the duration of the then-current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. Please note that, regardless of the platform used, no refunds will be issued after cancellation, even if the subscription is terminated before the end of the billing cycle. All cancellations and refund requests must comply with the policies set forth by our billing partners.
  3. Payment Method Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Payment Method information provided to NO NAMES is accurate, complete, and up to date. In the event that a payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, expiration of a payment card, or any other reason, you agree to promptly update your Payment Method to allow successful processing of the payment.

    Should payment fail for any reason, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for all amounts owed to NO NAMES and authorize us to attempt to process the payment again, which may result in a change to your payment billing date.
  4. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

    In the event that you initiate a chargeback or reverse any payment made using your Payment Method, NO NAMES reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account, in its sole discretion. By initiating a chargeback or reversal, you are deemed to have expressed an intent to cancel your Subscription and reject the continued use of NO NAMES' services.

    If any chargeback or payment reversal is overturned or otherwise resolved in NO NAMES’ favor, you may contact us via email: Contact to discuss reinstatement of your account, subject to our sole discretion.
  5. Billing Errors

    NO NAMES reserves the right to correct any billing errors or mistakes, whether or not payment has already been requested or received. In the event that an error in billing is discovered, we will take appropriate steps to rectify such error, including but not limited to refunding any overcharged amounts or collecting undercharged amounts. If you believe an error has occurred with respect to any charge, you agree to promptly notify NO NAMES to allow for proper investigation.
  6. Refund Policy

    6.1 Refund for applications declined by The Committee

    All in-app purchases made through NO NAMES are non-refundable, except in cases where the user has been rejected by the review committee. In such circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund of your membership fee. Exceptions to this policy may be made solely at NO NAMES' discretion in the event of technical errors or other circumstances that prevent access to the purchased product or service. Any such refunds, if granted, will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. NO NAMES does not guarantee the availability of refunds for any reason.

    6.2 Refunds for Banned or Suspended Accounts

    NO NAMES enforces a strict anti-ghosting and community conduct policy. In the event of a user being banned or suspended due to violations of these policies, NO NAMES will not issue any compensation, refunds, or reinstatements for suspensions or permanent bans. Users are expected to adhere to our terms and conditions, and failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.
  7. Changes to Payment Terms

    NO NAMES reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes to this Payment Policy will be effective immediately upon posting within the NO NAMES mobile App or Website. Your continued use of the NO NAMES mobile App after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
  8. Governing Law

    This Payment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates (U.A.E), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Payment Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Arab Emirates (U.A.E).
