    NO NAMES is an App whose sole purpose is matchmaking between unknown individuals for their personal, social and entertainment purposes.

    NO NAMES Services are provided "as is" and we do not make, and cannot make, any representations about the content or features of our Services or Member Content.

    Definitions:

    For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

    • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to [NO NAMES L.L.C-FZ]

    • "Service" refers to the mobile Application.

    • "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

NO NAMES does not represent or warrant that

      • Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free,

      • Any defects or errors in our services will be discovered or corrected; or

      • Any content or information you obtain on or through our services will be accurate, complete, current or appropriate for your purposes.

      Furthermore, NO NAMES makes no guarantees as to the number of active users at any time; users' ability or desire to communicate with or meet you, or the ultimate compatibility with or conduct by users you meet through the services.

      No Responsibility Disclaimer:

      NO NAMES assumes no responsibility for any content that you or another user or third party posts, sends, receives, or acts on through our services, nor does NO NAMES assume any responsibility for the identity, intentions, legitimacy, or veracity of any users with whom you may communicate with through NO NAMES. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our services is accessed at your discretion and risk. NO NAMES is not responsible for any damage to your computer hardware, computer software, or other equipment or technology including, but without limited to, damage from any security breach or any virus, bugs, tampering, hacking, fraud, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer line or network failure, or any other technical or other disruption or malfunction.

      The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the Service. In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of the Service at any time without prior notice.

      The Company does not warrant that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

      Warranties

      We do not make any warranties that the app or site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that your use of the app or website will meet your expectations, or that the app, website, our content, any member content, or any portion thereof, is correct, accurate, or reliable. Your use of the app or website is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. The NO NAMES is not responsible for the conduct of any user. NO NAMES does not conduct criminal background checks on its members.

      Indemnity

      All the actions you make and the information you post on NO NAMES remain your responsibility. Therefore, you agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us, and our partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, harmless, from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by us arising as a result of, or in connection with:

      Any negligent acts, omissions or willful misconduct by you;

      Your access to and use of the NO NAMES mobile App;

      The uploading or submission of Content to the NO NAMES mobile App by you;

      Any breach of these Terms by you; and/or

      Your violation of any law or of any rights of any third party.

      If you violate our Anti-Ghosting Policy, your account may be suspended or banned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

      We retain the exclusive right to settle, compromise and pay any and all claims or causes of action which are brought against us without your prior consent. If we ask, you will cooperate fully and reasonably as required by us in the defense of any relevant claim. The foregoing provision does not require you to indemnify NO NAMES for any unconscionable acts.

      “Use at Your Own Risk” Disclaimer

      All information in the Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

      The Company will not be liable to You or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information given by the Service or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
