    Welcome to NO NAMES!

    At NO NAMES, we're committed to fostering real life connections in a safe, exclusive, environment. Our unique features ensure privacy and authenticity, creating a community that can interact seamlessly and safely. These guidelines set the standards for behavior within our inner circle, both on and off the app. Violating these guidelines have serious consequences.

    Our Guidelines:

  1. No show

    2. We highly value the time of our No Namers. Canceling or not showing up is a serious offense as it disrupts plans and impacts the confidence within the NO NAMES inner circle. Canceling casually or a no show will get you BANNED for life!

  2. Respect Boundaries

    3. Users have different comfort levels. Avoid nudity, sexual content, and explicit discussions in public profiles. These topics are allowed in private conversations only with clear consent. Respect and consent are essential.

  3. Protect Your Privacy

    4. Do not share personal and sensitive information publicly. Be cautious about sharing personal details.

  4. Avoid Violent Content

    5. We do not tolerate any form of violent content, including depictions or descriptions of gore, death, or violent acts. Any content advocating or glorifying self-harm is strictly prohibited.

  5. No Commercial Activity

    6. NO NAMES is for personal connections only. Do not use the platform to advertise, promote, or sell products or services. This includes soliciting or offering sex work or compensated relationships.

  6. Be Authentic

    7. Represent yourself truthfully. Do not create fake profiles or impersonate others. Your profile should reflect your true self.

  7. Communicate Respectfully

    8. Treat others with respect and kindness. Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, and any form of hate speech will not be tolerated. This includes racism, bigotry, and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

  8. No Harmful Behavior

    9. Any actions or behaviors that cause harm to others, either online or offline, are prohibited. This includes inciting violence or harm, stalking, and exploitation.

  9. Adults Only

    10. You must be 18 years or older to use NO NAMES. We do not allow photos of minors, whether alone or with adults.

  10. Legal Compliance

    11. Abide by all laws and regulations. Illegal activities, including drug trafficking and human trafficking, are strictly prohibited.

  11. Single Ownership

    12. Each account must belong to a single individual. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

  12. Respect Intellectual Property

    13. Do not post content that you do not own or have permission to use. This includes copyrighted material and private messages from others.

  13. Honesty and Integrity

    14. Do not misuse the platform. This includes spreading false information, spamming, and manipulating others for financial gain. Submit accurate reports and avoid using third-party apps to manipulate the system.

  14. Stay Active

    15. Log in regularly to keep your account active. Accounts inactive for two years may be deleted.

    Reporting and Enforcement

    If you encounter any behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it. Reports are confidential and help us maintain a safe community. We take violations seriously and may take actions such as removing content, issuing warnings, or banning users.

    Final Note

    We reserve the right to investigate and terminate accounts without a refund if we find that you have violated our guidelines or terms of use, including actions outside the app involving others you meet through the app.
